Sat, April 2, 2005 - 7:01 PMOk. So here is the skinny on Suki's. It's a Travelodge dive bar. Lots of very eclectic music in the books. KJ is a good guy. The books are not all the same, and not that well organized. Sounds like a fun place.

Suki's is a frequent Barfly Bus destination, and it's a divey bar with friendly bartenders and strong drinks that doesn't seem to get too crowded. I'm not overly pleased with their sound system, but have always been too drunk and in a hurry to really peruse the book (when you're on the Bus, you just grope for the ones you know. Pun intended).
