Wed, May 11, 2005 - 10:00 AMI would, but the BR sucks..the sound system sounds like it's trapped underwater. Although I really like Luke and Nikki, who used to be bartenders at the Chop before they got fed up enough to do their own thing.
Another cool sunday place is The Embers if you can sit through lots of queeny showtunes, you get to sing 2 songs in a row and Rocky Rhodes is your host with probably the best song selection in PDX...

when i was a kid, i really wanted to be a drag queen.
my gay uncle lived in san francisco and i'd visit him and hang out with all his fabulous queen friends with the hair and make-up and clothes and jewelry and the shoes! and it was all i wanted to be, that and an austonaut and a shamu trainer and an elephant keeper and a poliece officer.
then i found out only boys could be real drag queens. i was DEVISTATED!

You should really come down and check it out.
